Do you have experience in home cleaning or facility management? Are you a person who enjoys creating order and contributing to a pleasant and clean environment for others? Then you might be the one we are looking for to join our joyful team at Aleo! We are currently seeking a flexible and self-driven cleaner for our clients in Åkersberga. 

Job Responsibilities - What will you do? 

In the role of home cleaner, your tasks may vary based on the client's needs. Examples of tasks that may be included: 

  • Home Cleaning - regular cleaning in the home according to a schedule. 

  • Window Cleaning - cleaning of windows. 

  • Move-Out Cleaning - thorough cleaning of the entire residence before moving in or out. 

  • Social Interaction - providing social support for the client. 

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has a good heart and enjoys working closely with people. To fit in with us, we would like you to have the following qualities and qualifications:

  • Experience in cleaning - familiar with home cleaning, move-out cleaning, or window cleaning. 

  • Flexible & Reliable – you can step in at short notice.

  • Service-oriented & Independent – you have a warm demeanor and a good sense of the client's needs, while also working safely and efficiently on your own.

  • Responsible & Detail-oriented – you take your work seriously and pay attention to details, ensuring that the job is done properly.

  • Stress-resistant – can handle pressured situations calmly.

  • Digitally Savvy - you are comfortable using mobile phones and other digital systems in your work. 

  • Driver's License (B) (required) - you are a safe and experienced driver who can navigate well in traffic.

  • Fluent in Swedish - you are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Working Hours and Employment Types

Working Hours: daytime (Mon-Fri). Employment Type: the initial employment form is hourly, with the possibility of a probationary period of 50–60%. Workplace: you will start from our office in Åkersberga and the work will take place within Österåker municipality. We believe you live nearby so that commuting to and from work is not burdensome.
